Creating Training that Drives Behavior

If had to distill my entire career into a single skill, I would say I build foundations. I've repeatedly been in a position to set up the training architecture multiple times in my career, and this is the space where I thrive. I love thinking about the future and methodically building out a foundation to make "future me" more efficient. If there is a single question that drives my actions it's "What can I do today to make my life easier tomorrow?" 

  To have me on your team doesn't just mean your project will be completed on time and within budget, it means that for years after you'll find a problem, prepare for a long night of solving it, and find that it's not as much work as you thought. Maybe because the documentation is more detailed than you expected. Maybe the format is just easier to edit than you though. Maybe there's a back-up version you didn't know about. I live for finding these quiet mundane tasks that can make or break a night.
